Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, we can offer you an exchange or a refund.

Delivery

Please ensure all goods are checked asap after receiving delivery. Please provide a basic inspection of the goods ideally within few days of receiving the delivery to ensure:

• You are happy with the goods you have purchased
• There are no obvious breakages on delivery
• There are no obvious physical faults or damages with the goods
• You have received the correct goods you have ordered and there are no shortages

You must report any damages or shortages within 24h of receipt of delivery.
